2000年我国颁布实施了《中华人民共和国种子法》,一批民营、股份制公司进入种子行业,种子经营打破了行政区域界线,种子企业竞争日益激烈,一批具有战略眼光、拥有丰富的专有品种资源、有资金优势,并且具有现代化市场经营模式的种子企业快速成长起来,同时,这些企业在经营和管理方面出现了一些问题,制约了种子企业的进一步发展和壮大。本文就种子企业如何运用电子商务,提高企业竞争能力,提出一些建议和方法。1 电子商务和种子企业概述电子商务是指通过采用最新网络技术手段,利用Internet、Intranet、Extranet 等多技术来解决商业交易
In 2000, China promulgated and implemented the “Seed Law of the People’s Republic of China.” A group of private and joint-stock companies entered the seed industry. Seed management broke the boundaries of the administrative boundaries. The competition among seed enterprises has become increasingly fierce, and a group of strategic breeders have owned proprietary products. The seed companies with resources and capital advantages and having a modern market management model have grown up rapidly. At the same time, these enterprises have encountered some problems in their operations and management, which has constrained the further development and growth of the seed enterprises. This paper puts forward some suggestions and methods for how seed companies use e-commerce and improve their competitiveness. 1 Overview of E-commerce and Seed Enterprises E-commerce refers to the use of the latest network technologies to solve business transactions using multiple technologies such as the Internet, Intranet, and Extranet.
