春天是播种的时节,也是孕育美好理想的时节。在一九八九年新春即将来临的时候,我们的心中怀有诸多深切的回顾与反思,诸多的美好的理想与憧憬。 一九八八年是广播电视大学改革的一年,是教育观念有了新的转变的一年,是远距离教育理论研究深入开展并获得丰硕成果的一年。 一九八八年,我们以全国电化教育工作会议的精神为指导,以改革总揽全局工作,在全国电大系统进行政校职能分开、改变办学模式、开展横向联合的改革,取得了可喜的成果。最能反映改革深度和成就的是我们召开了三个全国性的重要会议。
Spring is the sowing season, but also to bred a better and better season. When the Spring Festival is approaching in 1989, there are many profound memories and reflections in our hearts and many beautiful ideals and visions. The year 1988 witnessed the reform of radio and television universities. It is a year when education concepts have been transformed. It is a year in which the theory of distance education has been thoroughly developed and has achieved fruitful results. In 1988, guided by the spirit of the National Conference on Education in Electrification, we took grasping the overall task of the reform, separated the functions of the political school in the TVU system, changed the school-running model and carried out horizontal and joint reforms. We achieved gratifying results. The most important reflection of the depth of reform and achievements is that we held three major national conferences.
