目的 :观察善宁治疗流行性腮腺炎并胰腺炎的疗效。方法 :采用善宁治疗流行性腮腺炎并胰腺炎 30例 ,与未用善宁治疗的 2 4例作随机对照 ,观察患者治疗前后腹痛、呕吐、腹部压痛、胰腺水肿情况以及血淀粉酶、脂肪酶的变化。结果 :治疗组腹痛、呕吐、中上腹压痛、胰腺水肿消失时间均短于对照组 ,两组相比差异有显著性 ( P<0 .0 1或 P<0 .0 5 )。治疗组脂肪酶下降时间明显短于对照组。结论 :善宁可明显改善流行性腮腺炎并胰腺炎的临床症状及体征。
Objective: To observe the effect of Shanning in the treatment of mumps and pancreatitis. Methods: 30 cases of mumps and pancreatitis were treated with Shanning and 24 cases were treated with Shanning without treatment. 24 hours after treatment, abdominal pain, vomit, abdominal tenderness and pancreatic edema were observed before and after treatment. Blood amylase, Changes in enzymes. Results: The treatment group had shorter duration of abdominal pain, vomiting, mid-abdominal tenderness and disappearance of pancreatic edema than those of the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.01 or P <0.05). Lipase treatment time decreased significantly shorter than the control group. Conclusion: Shanning can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and signs of mumps and pancreatitis.
