职业院校是我国培养技术型人才的主流教育机构,为了确保将人才培养的更为妥善,各类职业院校纷纷沿用校企合作形式。不过随着彼此合作的不断深入,不同类型问题也都接踵而至,包括企业、职业院校、学生等不同层面,都对校企合作绩效产生特殊的影响。为了确保尽快修缮该类合作模式,有关职业院校领导和教学主体务必要以各类影响因素作为基础性指导媒介,全程融入最新管理思维并旨在利用最短的时间将不同领域中的漏洞消除。由此,笔者决定针对当前我国职业教育校企合作中遗留的弊端问题,和日后应该推行以促进合作实效的政策内容,进行深入性探究。
Vocational schools are the mainstream educational institutions that cultivate skilled personnel in our country. In order to ensure the cultivation of talents more properly, various vocational colleges and universities have followed the form of school-enterprise cooperation. However, with the continuous deepening of cooperation with each other, different types of problems are also followed one after another, including enterprises, vocational colleges, students and other different levels, have a special impact on the performance of school-enterprise cooperation. In order to ensure that such cooperative modes are to be rehabilitated as soon as possible, it is imperative for the leaders and teaching bodies of vocational schools to use all kinds of influencing factors as the basic guiding medium, incorporate the latest management thinking into the whole process and aim to eliminate the loopholes in different fields in the shortest possible time. As a result, the author decided to carry out in-depth inquiry into the problems left over by the current cooperation in school-enterprise education in vocational education in our country and the policy content that should be promoted in the future to promote the effectiveness of cooperation.
