近年来,随着电子商务的蓬勃发展,食品行业也得以在互联网上一展拳脚。资本的逐利性驱使商家紧抓着这具有革命性的商业变化,积极变革应对新形势,他们开始将传统线下渠道销售的产品经过简单分装,在互联网上大批量销售。但是我国电子商务领域起步较晚,目前尚未形成完善的法律监管体系,近年来食品安全问题频发。笔者通过研究近阶段食品网购发展的现状和特点为网购食品制定相应的法律法规和行业规范提供参考。
