人格(Personality)是个体基本和稳定的心理结构和过程,是个体心理特征的统一。这些特征决定人的外显行为和内隐行为,并使它们与别人的行为有稳定的差异。现代人才心理学研究表明:影响成才的主要因素是环境教育因素和人格心理因素,其中人格心理属于成才的内因,是个体行为内在的驱动力,是成才的重要动力因素。不同行业、不同层次、甚至不同民族的人才,其人格特征既有共性的一面,同时也存在一定的差异。有关临床医学学科带头人这一特殊群体的人格心理特征研究尚未见报道。本文旨在调查研究临床医学学科带头人人格心理特点,为选拔、培养和管理临床医学学科带头人提供理论依据和实践指导。 1 对象与方法 1.1 调查对象与方法 见Ⅰ。实际完成人格量表测评的研究对象58对共116人。 1.2 人格心理测量 采用华东师范大学戴忠恒1988年修
Personality is an individual’s basic and stable psychological structure and process, which is the unification of individual psychological characteristics. These characteristics determine the explicit behavior and implicit behavior of people and make them have a stable difference with other people’s behavior. The research on modern talent psychology shows that the main factors influencing talent success are environmental education factors and personality psychology factors.
