我国政府信用建设的现状一方面,当前我国的政府信用从总体上看是比较好的;另一方面,政府信用在某些地方和某些方面还呈现出下降趋势。由于政府的特殊地位使得政府信用缺失所影响到的范围更广也更具有杀伤力,它对现实政治、经济及社会生活的危害是多方面的。中国政府信用构建的对策包括做好政府职能定位、营造政府信用文化、实行信用问责制度、推进依法行政、加强政治民主建设、打造透明诚信政府。
On the one hand, the current government credit in our country is generally good; on the other hand, the government credit shows a declining trend in some places and some aspects. Due to the special status of the government, the government’s lack of credit affects a wider range and is more lethal. Its harm to the real political, economic and social life is manifold. The countermeasures for building the Chinese government credit include doing a good job of positioning the government, creating a credit culture of the government, implementing a credit accountability system, promoting administration according to law, strengthening political democracy and building a transparent and trustworthy government.
