在改革开放的历史条件下,如何发展具有中国特色的国民经济管理科学,已成为经济管理部门和学术界的共同任务。近年来陆续出版的国民经济管理学教材和发表的有关论文,正是这方面理论和实践探索的反映。受国家教委委托,由张今声教授主编,辽宁大学、吉林大学、中央财金学院部分教师参加编写的《国民经济管理学教程》(辽宁大学出版社1990年3月出版)就是一本颇具特点的教材(以下简称《教程》),其主要特点如下:
