滇池,古称滇南泽,又名昆明湖,是一座高原淡水湖。不仅是昆明市的饮用水源,而且具有工农业生产用水、调蓄、防洪、旅游、航运、水产养殖、调节气候等多种功能,是昆明市经济和社会发展的生命线。 长期以来,滇池既汇集径流区来水,也接纳昆明市污水。滇池周边有一万多家工矿企业,重点污染大户有23家。在流入滇池的20多条河流中,有7条是污水河,每天向湖中倾泻污水50万吨,而目前污水处理率仅达20％。由于大量未经处理的工业废水和生活污水以及面源营养物质大规模地直接排入滇池,导致严重的水体污
