云南省勐海县鼠疫流行病学调查报告

1992年1～2月,云南省勐海县象山镇居民区连续发生自毙鼠。从送检的自毙黄胸鼠体内检出鼠疫菌11株,反向间接血凝试验阳性15份,滴度1:40960～1:2621440~(++)。经间接血凝试验检出患者一例,滴度1:80~(++)。

From January to February 1992, residents in Xiangshan Town, Menghai County, Yunnan Province continued to kill themselves. 11 strains of Yersinia pestis were detected in vivo from the dead rabbits tested for delivery, and 15 were positive for indirect indirect hemagglutination test. The titer was 1: 40960 ~ 1: 2621440 ~ (++). A case of patients detected by indirect hemagglutination test, titer 1: 80 ~ (++).
