环丙沙星栓的药动学研究及治疗慢性细菌性前列腺炎的疗效

本文研制了两种不同基质的环丙沙星（ＣＰＦＸ）栓剂，并对其在家兔体内的药物动力学情况进行了比较，最后对１１０例慢性细菌性前列腺炎患者进行了临床应用研究，其有效率高达９２．７３％。

In this paper, we developed two kinds of ciprofloxacin (CPFX) suppositories with different matrix and compared their pharmacokinetics in rabbits. Finally, 110 cases of chronic bacterial prostatitis were studied in clinical application, Effective rate up to 92.73%.
