新长宁在不断创新转型中,完成了一次次飞跃上海新长宁(集团)有限公司这家注册资本9.24亿元、以房产开发为主业的企业,已从之前的单一住宅开发模式,成功转型为园区开发、产业楼宇和现代高科技为一体的综合性集团。集团党委书记黄经麟告诉《上海国资》,成立20年来,新长宁的不断求变,始终未离“创新”主旋律。“更加注重生态可持续发展和人本关怀,更多地运用新科技和新模式,更加注重节能减排和信息化。”
