随着经济全球化的发展,跨国公司这一世界经济舞台的主力军将以强大的经济实力主导着全球经济的发展趋势,推动生产要素在全球范围内流动,进而成为推动国际贸易发展的主要力量。随着全球经济的发展,跨国公司在华投资出现了许多新的特点和趋势。随着我国WTO的加入,充分认识跨国公司在华投资的新趋势并制定出相关对策,成为影响我国经济发展以及尽快适应国际市场的重要问题。
With the development of economic globalization, the main force of multinational corporations in the world economic arena will dominate the global economic development with strong economic strength, promote the flow of production elements around the world, and thus become the major force in promoting the development of international trade . With the development of the global economy, multinational corporations have invested in China many new features and trends. With the accession of WTO to our country, it is an important issue to fully understand the new trend of MNCs investing in China and to formulate relevant countermeasures, which will affect our country’s economic development and adapt to the international market as soon as possible.
