Based on the knowledge discovery model of non-related literature, a knowledge discovery method for exploring the potential pathogenicity of microorganisms was proposed. Based on the ABC model, the gene is used as an intermediate word to realize knowledge discovery through searching, sorting, screening and semantic filtering technologies. The method is characterized by the acquisition of intermediate words supplemented by appropriate human intervention: the expansion of the multi-subunit protein gene, gene grouping were obtained after the target literature. Using this method, a knowledge discovery experiment was conducted on the potential pathogenicity of microorganisms. Campylobacter jejuni was found to induce urosepsis. The method can be used to discover the potential pathogenicity of microorganisms, guide medical research and prevent and cure diseases.
