目的观察中西医结合疗法对妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症(ICP)的疗效。方法选择80例ICP患者,随机分成两组,观察组40例采用中药清淤利胆汤配合西药地塞米松、鲁米钠治疗;对照组40例采用地塞米松、鲁米钠、葡萄糖加维生素C治疗。结果观察组治疗10 d后,血ALT、TBA明显下降(P<0.05),瘙痒、黄疸明显减轻,对照组下降慢。同时观察组胎儿窘迫、剖宫产率、产后出血、早产率明显低于对照组,新生儿体重质量优于对照组。结论:中西医结合疗法是治疗ICP安全有效的方法。
Objective To observe the curative effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy (ICP). Methods Eighty patients with ICP were randomly divided into two groups. 40 cases in the observation group were treated with Qingrejiedu Decoction and western medicine dexamethasone and lumen sodium. In the control group, 40 cases were treated with dexamethasone, lumen sodium, glucose and vitamins C treatment. Results After 10 days of treatment, ALT and TBA in blood decreased significantly (P <0.05), pruritus and jaundice decreased obviously, and the control group decreased slowly. At the same time, fetal distress, cesarean section rate, postpartum hemorrhage and preterm birth rate in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group, and the weight of newborn was better than that of control group. Conclusion: Integrative Chinese and Western medicine is a safe and effective method for the treatment of ICP.
