农业农村档案作为党和国家“三农”工作的真实记录,是促进“三农”事业科学发展,落实党和国家“三农”政策,维护保障农民权益的重要基础。农业农村档案重在安全保存和利用,而档案数字化是解决当前农业农村档案安全保存和利用问题的重要途径。本文就农业农村档案数字化工作中存在的问题和具体解决途径进行了分析探讨。
As a true record of the party’s and state’s work on agriculture, rural areas and farmers, the agricultural and rural archives are an important foundation for promoting the scientific development of the cause of “three agriculture” and implementing the party’s and the state’s policies on agriculture, rural areas and farmers and safeguarding farmers’ rights and interests. Agricultural and rural archives focus on the safe preservation and utilization, and digitization of archives is an important way to solve the problem of the safe preservation and utilization of current agricultural and rural archives. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the digitization of agricultural and rural archives and the specific solutions.
