11月19日,国务院下发了《关于稳定消费价格总水平保障群众基本生活的通知》,提出发展生产、保障供应,完善法制、加强监管,增加补贴、安定民生等16条措施。最近,国内主要媒体连续发表六篇文章,解读稳价安民政策措施。现将“六论”予以刊发,以供读者参阅。
On November 19, the State Council issued the “Notice on Stabilizing the General Consumer Price General Level and Ensuring the Basic Livelihood of the Masses,” and proposed 16 measures for developing production, ensuring supply, improving the legal system, strengthening supervision, increasing subsidies, and stabilizing people’s livelihood.
