2010年9月29日,甘肃省人大常委会第十七次会议通过了《甘肃省人民代表大会常务委员会关于修改部分地方性法规的决定》,对《甘肃省科学技术协会条例》(以下简称《条例》)的部分内容进行了修改。这是继2000年该《条例》颁布施行以来,保障甘肃省科协事业发展的又一个里程碑。
On September 29, 2010, the 17th meeting of the Standing Committee of Gansu Provincial People’s Congress passed the Decision of the Standing Committee of the People’s Congress of Gansu Province on Amending Some Local Legislations, and the Regulations of the Association of Science and Technology of Gansu Province (hereinafter referred to as “ Ordinance ”) part of the content has been amended. This is another milestone in safeguarding the development of the CASTF in Gansu since the promulgation of the “Regulations” in 2000.
