1.采前处理:可在采前3~5天使用“防落1号”500倍液喷洒果穗,时间在晴天上午9—11时为好,喷后6小时内如遇降雨,需再补喷一次。 2.适期采收:葡萄没有明显的后熟期或后熟过程,所以供贮藏用的葡萄应在充分成熟时采收。一般以果粒外观、颜色和风味作判断标志,对于巨峰葡萄,较为准确的指标是:舍糖15%~17%;含酸0.8%~1.2%;糖配比16~20。
