近年来国内外学者对产业国际竞争力和技术标准都给予极大的关注,但大多数研究都平行地进行,忽略了对两者相互关系的探索。本文以我国电子信息产业为实证对象,运用格兰杰因果检验和协整关系分析等方法实证分析了技术标准与产业国际竞争力间的关系,研究发现:HP滤波分析表明信息技术标准和信息产业国际竞争力的真实数据间具有高度相关性;格兰杰检验表明了信息产业中的技术标准是构成产业国际竞争力的原因;同时,技术标准对国际竞争力的影响具有时滞性。然后,进一步分析指出技术标准的网络效应、锁定效应和杠杆效应能有效提升产业的国际竞争力。本文的研究为我国在新时代推行技术标准战略提升产业国际竞争力提供了经验支撑。
In recent years, domestic and foreign scholars have paid great attention to the international competitiveness of industries and technical standards. However, most of the researches have been carried out in parallel and ignored the exploration of their mutual relations. This paper takes China’s electronic information industry as an example, uses the Granger causality test and cointegration analysis to analyze the relationship between the technical standards and the international competitiveness of the industry. The results show that the HP filter analysis shows that the information technology standards and the information industry The Granger test shows that the technical standards in the information industry are the reasons for the international competitiveness of the industry. Meanwhile, the impact of the technical standards on the international competitiveness is time-lagged. Then, further analysis points out that the network effect of technical standards, lock effect and leverage effect can effectively enhance the international competitiveness of the industry. The research in this paper provides the empirical support for our country to implement the technical standard strategy to enhance the international competitiveness of the industry in the new era.
