目的观察消化道肿瘤患者应用综合护理干预的效果。方法选取2014-07-2015-07我院收治的消化道肿瘤患者患者30例作为对照组,给予常规护理方法;选取同期同类型患者30例作为研究组,给予综合护理干预。对两组患者的临床护理效果进行分析和对比。结果两组患者在接受两种不同的护理方法后,研究组的护理总体有效率(96.7%)显著高于对照组(83.3%),组间数据对比差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。研究组的护理总体满意率(93.3%)要比对照组要高(86.7%),组间数据对比差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。研究组在食欲、疼痛情况、自理能力、疾病知晓度等方面评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论对消化道肿瘤患者采用综合护理干预治疗方法,效果显著,提高了患者的满意度,值得在临床医学上大力推广使用。
Objective To observe the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with gastrointestinal cancer. Methods Totally 30 patients with gastrointestinal cancer admitted to our hospital from July 2014 to July 2015 were selected as the control group and received routine nursing care. Thirty patients of the same type were selected as the study group and received comprehensive nursing intervention. The clinical nursing effects of two groups of patients were analyzed and compared. Results After receiving two different nursing methods, the total effective rate (96.7%) of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group (83.3%). The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). The overall satisfaction rate (93.3%) in the study group was higher than that in the control group (86.7%), and the difference between the groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). The research group in appetite, pain, self-care ability, disease awareness and other aspects were higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant, P <0.05. Conclusion The treatment of gastrointestinal cancer patients with comprehensive nursing intervention, the effect is significant and improve patient satisfaction, it is worth to vigorously promote the use of clinical medicine.
