教学大纲是教师教学工作的指导性文件。小学算术教学大纲是小学算术教师进行算术教学的主要依据。每一个小学算术教师必须很好地学习大纲，领会它的精神实质，才能正确地在教学中贯彻执行。下面我就自己在学习小学算术教学大纲（修订草案）中的初步体会，分作小学算术教学的目的、内容和方法三个方面来谈谈，和我省小学算术教师共同研究，并请指正。
Syllabus is a guiding document for teachers' teaching work. Primary arithmetic teaching syllabus is the primary basis for arithmetic teaching of primary arithmetic teachers. Every primary school arithmetic teacher must learn the outline very well, understand its spiritual essence, can correctly carry out in teaching. Here I talk about my initial experience in learning the arithmetic outline of primary school (revised draft), divided into three parts for the purpose, content and method of primary school arithmetic teaching. I will study together with primary school arithmetic teachers in our province and please correct me.
