一个企业的生存、发展、繁荣,以及它所获得的经济效益和企业员工的素质有密切的关系。在石油企业中,职工的技能水平直接影响着石油企业的经济效益。石油工业的发展过程,就是技术不断进步、创新的过程,就是各项新技术、新工艺、新设备开发应用的过程,这就需要工人的技能水平不断提高,不断发展。在目前的企业运作环境下,有少数技能尖子起带头作用,促进整体技能水平的提高,基本能满足生产过程的需要。但随着科学技术的不断进步,这种学习途径就显得较为单一,工人掌握技能的速度较慢,知识面狭窄,已不能适应现代工业的生产和发展。
The survival, development and prosperity of an enterprise are closely related to the economic benefits it obtains and the quality of its employees. In petroleum enterprises, the skill level of workers directly affects the economic benefits of oil enterprises. The development process of petroleum industry is the process of continuous improvement and innovation of technology. It is the process of development and application of new technologies, new processes and new equipment, which requires the continuous improvement of the skills of workers. In the current business environment, there are a few top talents who take the lead in promoting the overall skill level to meet the needs of the production process. However, with the continuous advancement of science and technology, this kind of learning path appears to be relatively simple. Workers have a slower grasp of skills and a narrow knowledge and can no longer adapt themselves to the production and development of modern industry.
