有人认为,办工读学校只是权宜之计.社会治安形势好转了,工读学校还有没有必要办下去?回答这个问题,不妨引用国务院办公厅1987年38号文件以及我国著名教育家、原中国教育学会吕型伟副会长在《中国工读教育》一书《序》中的两段话:“只要社会上还存在着资本主义腐朽思想的侵蚀和青少年犯罪现象,工读学校这种特殊的教育形式就是必要的.”“工读教育今后肯定还要办下去,至少可以预言,在共产主义社会到来之前.工读教育还是需要的.”在这里,我们所得到的启示不只是要不要办的问题.而是怎样办得更好的问题.这样,摆在我们面前的是在新的历史条件下.面对
