建筑工程造价管理在工程建设中具有重大意义,本文首先叙述了建筑工程造价管理必须贯穿于项目工程的始终,既是进行全过程管理,针对建筑工程的各个阶段,包括建筑工程决策阶段、设计阶段、招标阶段、实施阶段及竣工结算阶段的工程造价管理措施进行了认真的探讨,以实现预期投资目标,最大化投资效益。
The construction project cost management has great significance in the project construction. This article first describes that the construction project cost management must be carried out throughout the project project. It is not only the whole process management, but also the various stages of the construction project, including the construction engineering decision stage and design stage. The project cost management measures in the tender phase, implementation phase and completion settlement phase were carefully discussed to achieve the desired investment objectives and maximize investment returns.
