对平贝母无菌苗中诱导出的愈伤组织进行了分化试验。结果表明,不同的植物激素对平贝母愈伤组织的分化有很大的影响。在MS+2.4—D2+KT0.5+BA0.5+CH500培养基上诱导产生的愈伤组织,转移到N6+KT0.5+CH100培养基上进行分化培养,4周后形成大量体细胞胚。将愈伤组织转移到N6+NAA1.0+BA0.5培养基上进行分化培养,4周后发生大量不定芽。不定芽转移到MS+NAA0.2培养基上,2周后诱导出3—5条不定根,形成再生完整植株。2,4-D对平贝母体细胞胚胎发生有抑制作用。体细胞胚多来源于愈伤组织表层细胞,经过球形胚、心形胚、鱼雷胚、子叶胚等阶段形成再生植株,其生育过程与合子胚相似。
