以五味子为试材,研究五味子大田生产中连续2年氮肥胁迫对五味子药材木脂素类成分的影响。结果表明:12个不同采收期、4个氮肥处理水平下,采集了共45份样品中6种木脂素成分含量,氮肥处理3(分别于2013年5月中旬和7月上旬施氮肥0.336、0.672kg·m~(-2))对五味子醇甲、醇乙、酯甲、甲素、乙素、丙素和6种成分总含量的积累均有促进作用;氮肥处理组2(分别于2013年5月中旬和7月上旬施氮肥0.084、0.168kg·m~(-2))对五味子醇乙、甲素和6种成分总含量的积累有促进作用。研究发现大田生产中氮肥施用范围在0.084~0.672kg·m~(-2)对五味子木脂素成分积累均有一定的促进作用,且高氮肥处理下积累作用较强。
Schisandra chinensis was used as experimental material to study the effect of nitrogenous fertilizer stress on lignans composition of Schisandra sphenanthera in two years of Schisandra sp. Production. The results showed that six kinds of lignans were collected from 45 samples at 12 harvesting times and 4 nitrogen fertilization levels, and nitrogenous fertilizer treatment 3 (nitrogen fertilization 0.336 in mid-May and early July, respectively) , 0.672kg · m -2) promoted the accumulation of the total contents of the six components of schisandrin A, B, A, A, B and C. The nitrogenous fertilizer treatment group 2 In mid-May 2013 and early July, 0.084 and 0.188 kg · m -2 of nitrogenous fertilizers could promote the accumulation of B, A and six components of Schisandra sp. The results showed that application range of nitrogen fertilizer in field was 0.084 ~ 0.672kg · m ~ 2, which could promote the accumulation of lignan components of Schisandra sphenanthera, and strong accumulation under high nitrogen fertilizer.
