2015年10月下旬,在加拿大蒙特利尔举办的国际科学中心协会年会颁奖仪式上传来喜讯,经过严格的评审环节,评委们一致认定上海科技馆理事长、上海科普教育发展基金会理事长左焕琛女士荣获2015年度Roy L.Shafer行业前沿奖之杰出行业领袖奖。自2005年起,全球仅有17人获此殊荣,左理事长是首位获得该奖项的中国人,也是亚太地区第二位获奖者。国际科学中心协会成立于1973年,是全球最具行业影响力的科技馆行业组织之一,在全球共有近50个国家超过600家会员单位,包括美国自然历史
In late October 2015, at the annual awards ceremony of the International Association of Science Centers held in Montreal, Canada, there was good news. After a rigorous review session, the judges unanimously held the position of Chairman of Shanghai Science and Technology Museum and Chairman of Shanghai Science Education Development Foundation Zuo Huanchen Ms. Leung won the Outstanding Industry Leadership Award for the Roy L. Shafer Industry Frontier Award 2015. Since 2005, only 17 people worldwide have won this award.
