保护性医疗制度是苏联乌克兰马卡罗夫斯基区立医院全体工作人员根据巴甫洛夫氏生理学说制订出来的一种新的医疗制度。它的基本精神就是在於保持医院内的极端安静和使病人精神完全处在轻松愉快的自然疗养环境中。利用和创造各种对病人有益的条件反射的因子来保护和促进人的生理机能的正常发展。实施这种制度可以大大地提高病人的治愈率,同时可以显著地改善医务人员对於伤病员服务的态度。目前苏联各医疗机关都在广泛地开始实施这种制度。我们很希望在不久的将来能在国内的医疗机关里也看到它。文章内的小标题是译者加进去的。
The system of protective medical care is a new medical system developed by all the staff in Makarovsky District Hospital of the Soviet Union in Ukraine according to Pavlov’s Physiology. Its basic principle is to maintain the extreme quietness within the hospital and to keep the patient completely in a relaxing and natural healing environment. Use and create a variety of conditional reflex beneficial to the patient to protect and promote the normal development of human physiology. The implementation of this system can greatly improve the cure rate of patients, and can significantly improve medical staff’s attitude towards the service of sick and wounded. At present, all medical institutions in the Soviet Union are beginning to implement such a system widely. We very much hope that it will be seen in the domestic medical institutions in the near future. The subtitle in the article is added by the translator.
