2009年的国际金融危机对我国大部分煤炭行业的影响基本上表现在上游钢材行业需求一直下降,货物进出口的业务格局有了显著改变。总体来说,煤制品总量需求减少,相应价格较低,煤炭企业流动资金日益紧张等情形。因而面对严重不利的国际环境,大陆煤炭企业就必须要调整管理思路,采取强力措施,从国际危机中寻找战略机遇,具体可通过严格降低成本、财务精细及物资管理、强化资源管理等多项措施来进一步强化大陆企业管理,可切实提升应对当前国际危机的能力。
