在中国市场经济的发展过程中人们无法忽略的一个发展阶段就是“红顶企业”阶段,这个阶段因为时代的特殊性也磨练了企业家们在经营企业当中的“红顶”意识。对于这种“红顶”的矛盾思想在获取与脱离的过程中表现得淋漓尽致。并且在任一个阶段以及任一个企业与政府的摩擦中显得患得患失。于是,怎样才能把这个红顶子做到“可大可小”并且为自己服务好也就成为困扰企业家们最大的问题。我们先来看这样的一个例子:
