将咪鲜安(Prochloraz)、多菌灵(Carbendazim)和福美双(Thiam)按不同比例复配的种衣剂,分别对水稻恶苗病菌(Fusariummoniliformesheld)及引起水稻苗期死苗的镰刀菌(FusariumSPP)、立枯丝核菌(Rhizoctoniasolanik櫣hn)进行室内毒力测定。结果表明:复配种衣剂对恶苗病菌、镰刀菌和立枯丝核菌表现为不同程度的增效和相加作用,其中多福咪种衣剂Ⅲ表现最突出,对3种病原菌的增效比SR分别为1 72、1 11、1 21。田间药效试验结果表明:多福咪种衣剂Ⅲ以药种比(g/g)1∶100、1∶80、1∶50包衣水稻种子,苗期对恶苗病的病株率防效为94 6%~100%,穗期的病株率防效为88 8%~96 9%,并对苗期立枯病具有良好的兼治作用,相对防效均在70%左右。优于3种单剂对恶苗病及苗期死苗的防效。
Prochloraz, Carbendazim and Thiam were mixed with different proportion of seed coating agents, respectively, against Fusarium moniliformes, and the seedlings caused by dead seedlings of Fusarium ( Fusarium SPP), Rhizoctonia solani (Rhizoctonia solanii hn) for indoor toxicity determination. The results showed that the composite seed coating showed synergism and additive effect on Fusarium oxysporum, Fusarium and Rhizoctonia solani, among which the effect of Dofumil seed coating Ⅲ was the most prominent, SRs were 1 72,1 11,1 21 respectively. The results of field efficacy test showed that Dofu mimic coating agent Ⅲ was coated with rice seed at the ratio of drug to drug (g / g) 1: 100, 1:80, 1:50, The effective rate was 94.6% ~ 100%. The effective rate of diseased plants at the heading stage was 88.8% ~ 96.9%, and had a good concurrent control effect on the blight of seedling. The relative control effect was about 70%. It is better than three kinds of single agent to control the bad vaccine and dead seedling.
