目的对真菌性角膜溃疡行穿透性角膜移植术（ＰＫＰ）后使用皮质类固醇的时间和疗效进行评价。方法８０例真菌性角膜溃疡患者行ＰＫＰ后，随机分成两组，１组术后全身使用皮质类固醇１～２次和２周后开始常规全身使用，另１组术后１个月开始全身使用皮质类固醇，住院期间每日裂隙灯观察前房反应和角膜植片的情况。结果应用皮质类固醇组未见真菌复发率增高，前房反应比对照组明显轻。结论真菌性角膜溃疡行ＰＫＰ术后，适当掌握使用皮质类固醇的时间和剂量，对减轻术眼炎症反应，减少术后排斥率非常有效，且不会引起真菌复发
Objective To evaluate the time and efficacy of corticosteroid use after penetrating keratoplasty (PKP) in patients with fungal corneal ulcer. Methods 80 patients with fungal corneal ulcer after PKP were randomly divided into two groups, a group of postoperative systemic corticosteroids for 1 to 2 times and 2 weeks after the start of general systemic use, and the other group 1 month after the start of systemic cortical Steroids, daily slit lamp during hospital stay to observe anterior chamber responses and corneal graft conditions. Results No recurrence rate of fungi was found in the corticosteroid group, and the anterior chamber reaction was significantly lighter than that in the control group. Conclusions After PKP of fungal corneal ulcer, proper time and dosage of corticosteroids should be used to reduce the inflammatory reaction and reduce the rate of postoperative rejection, and it will not cause the recurrence of fungi
