患儿樊××,女,7个月,邕宁县人,壮族。半个月前偶然发现肝脾肿大,1983年6月来我院求治。既往有反复发烧、咳嗽及腹泻史。患儿为足月顺产第二胎(第一胎曾因肝脾肿大合并肺炎于2岁多病死)。检查一般状况尚可,发育稍差,体重6.5kg,面白苍黄,皮肤粘膜未见黄染及出血点,浅部淋巴结无肿大,前囟2×2cm,五官端正,视力及眼底检查正常。颈软,心肺正

Soft neck, heart and lung are positive
