2013年4月16日至17日,一场沙尘暴席卷新疆南疆盆地,某住宅小区一栋住宅楼北山墙36 m高处约30 m2外墙外保温体系被大风刮掉。事隔两个月,6月13日晚雷电交加,同一小区邻近的住宅楼东山墙30 m高处约50 m2外墙外保温体系再次被大风刮掉。所幸两次刮掉外墙外保温体系都是在晚上,没有造成人员伤亡。
From April 16 to April 17, 2013, a sandstorm swept through the southern Xinjiang basin in Xinjiang.
