改革开放后,我国民营企业借助良好的发展环境和政策支持,迅速壮大和发展起来。我国的民营经济已经成为国家经济的重要组成部分,民营企业已成为了社会主义市场经济建设中活跃而不可忽视的重要力量。随着民营企业经济效益的不断提高和社会地位的不断提升,民营企业的人力资源管理问题也越来越被整个社会所广泛关注。民营企业应根据企业发展战略的要求,建立科学的人力资源管理体系,调动员工地积极性,发挥员工的潜能,为企业创造价值,确保企业战略目标的实现。
After the reform and opening up, China’s private-owned enterprises grew rapidly and developed with good development environment and policy support. China’s private economy has become an important part of the national economy. Private enterprises have become an important force that can not be ignored in the socialist market economy. With the continuous improvement of the economic efficiency of private enterprises and the continuous improvement of social status, the problems of human resource management in private enterprises are also being paid more and more attention by the society as a whole. Private enterprises should establish a scientific human resources management system in accordance with the requirements of the enterprise development strategy, mobilize the enthusiasm of staff, give full play to the potential of employees, create value for the enterprise and ensure the realization of the strategic objectives of the enterprise.
