目的了解麻疹疑似病例实验室诊断符合率及健康人群麻疹抗体水平,为进一步提高麻疹监测工作质量提供依据。结果2005年共监测报告疑似麻疹病例110人,其中暴发病例34人,散发病例76人;暴发病例采集血标本30份,散发病例采集血标本65份,麻疹IgM抗体阳性率分别为96.67%和56.92%。对健康人群9个年龄组171份血标本检测,结果麻疹IgM阳性(≥1∶200)率98.83%。结论阜南县麻疹监测系统灵敏度较高。健康人群麻疹抗体水平高,已形成较为稳固的免疫屏障,近期不会造成人群的麻疹大面积暴发疫情。在加速控制麻疹阶段实验室诊断尤为重要。
Objective To understand the coincidence rate of laboratory diagnosis of measles suspected cases and the level of measles antibody in healthy population so as to provide basis for further improving the quality of measles monitoring work. Results A total of 110 suspected measles cases were detected in 2005, of which 34 were outbreaks and 76 were sporadic cases. Thirty cases of blood samples were collected from outbreaks and 65 were collected from sporadic cases. The positive rates of measles IgM antibodies were 96.67% and 56.92 %. Seven hundred and seventy blood samples from nine age groups were detected in healthy population. The results showed that measles IgM was positive (≥1: 200) in 98.83% of cases. Conclusion The sensitivity of measles monitoring system in Funan County is high. High levels of measles antibodies in healthy people have formed a relatively stable immune barrier and will not cause a large outbreak of measles in the population in the near future. Laboratory diagnosis in the accelerated control of measles is of particular importance.
