目的:建立以高效液相色谱法同时测定不同产地的猴耳环药材中没食子酸和槲皮苷含量的方法。方法:色谱柱Thermo Hypersil C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.4%磷酸-乙腈(30∶65∶5),流速为1.0mL/min;柱温为室温;检测波长270 nm。结果:没食子酸和槲皮苷的进样量分别在0.1505~2.2575μg(r=0.9992)、0.0560~0.8400μg(r=0.9994)范围内与各自峰面积呈良好线性关系;二者平均加样回收率分别为102.48%、103.19%,RSD分别为1.87%、2.22%。结论:本方法简便、可靠,能用于猴耳环药材的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of gallic acid and quercitrin in the monkey earrings of different origins by high performance liquid chromatography. METHODS: The column was Thermo Hypersil C18 (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) with mobile phase of methanol-0.4% phosphoric acid-acetonitrile (30:65:5) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL / nm. Results: The injection volume of gallic acid and quercitrin showed a good linear relationship with their peak area in the range of 0.1505 ~ 2.2575μg (r = 0.9992) and 0.0560 ~ 0.8400μg (r = 0.9994), respectively. Rates were 102.48%, 103.19%, RSD were 1.87%, 2.22%. Conclusion: The method is simple and reliable and can be used for the quality control of monkey earrings.
