通过表面活性剂复配研究,得到了油田酸化用助排剂ZP-101。结果表明,助排剂ZP-101具有很高的表面化学活性,在模拟酸液中,当其浓度为0.30%(300mg/L)时,表面张力从69.65 m N/m降到24.42m N/m,界面张力从22.60 m N/m降到0.23 m N/m,酸液的接触角增加了34.2℃;在150℃下恒温6h,ZP-101仍能保持较高的活性,与酸液其他添加剂配伍性良好。酸液的表面张力降低,接触角增加均有利于酸液的返排,助排率测试结果表明,在助排剂ZP-101质量浓度为0.50%时,助排率高达92.6%。现场实验表明,助排剂ZP-101能明显改善油井残酸的返排效果,与先前使用的助排剂相比,初期返排率提高了15%。
Through surfactant compounding research, we got ZP-101, a drainage aid for oilfield acidification. The results showed that ZP-101 had a high surface chemical activity and its surface tension decreased from 69.65 mN / m to 24.42 m N / m in the simulated acid solution at a concentration of 0.30% (300 mg / L) m, the interfacial tension decreased from 22.60 mN / m to 0.23 mN / m, the contact angle of acid solution increased by 34.2 ℃. The decrease of surface tension of acid solution and the increase of contact angle are all conducive to the acid reflux. The test results show that when the mass concentration of ZP-101 is 0.50%, the drainage rate is as high as 92.6%. Field experiments show that the drainage aid ZP-101 can significantly improve the recovery effect of residual oil in the well, and the initial recovery rate is increased by 15% compared with the previous drainage aid.
