On May 5, 1999, the “Measures for the Implementation of the Archives Law of the People’s Republic of China” approved by the State Council was reissued by the State Archives Bureau (This issue was published in the full text of the sixth issue). This is the second national meeting of the Eighth National People’s Congress on July 5, 1996 after the resolution on amending the “Archives Law of the People’s Republic of China” was adopted on the 5th of July 1996. Does the state maintain the unification of the legal system and strengthen the archives legal system?
