Ladies and Gentlemen, Dear Members, Good morning, everyone! This year (2015) is the 30th anniversary of the founding of China’s Constitutional Law Society. Thirty years later, the annual meeting of the Constitutional Law Research Institute will be held in Guiyang, which is of special significance. If the promulgation of the “Constitution” in 1982 is the starting point for the prosperity of constitutional law, the founding of the 1985 Symposium on Constitutional Studies is a sign of the formation of a community of constitutional law and a starting point for the specialization of constitutional law.
