人体中尿草酸浓度过高是引起泌尿系统结石的一个重要因素。泌尿系统结石的形成受到遗传、环境、饮食、药物和疾病等多方面因素的影响。人体中尿草酸浓度过高,对肾上皮细胞具有毒性,并造成上皮的损伤,同时上皮细胞也主动摄入晶体、分泌大分子物质,二者相互作用最终导致结石的形成。降低尿草酸的浓度是预防泌尿系统疾病的重要因素。国内外研究发现乳酸菌具有降解草酸的能力,乳酸菌是益生菌,具有较好的生物安全性,可成为临床预防草酸钙结石的有效途径。
