本文以学生权利为中心,分析了目前高职院校学生管理中存在的违反法律的问题和现象,有针对性的提出实现高职学生管理法治化的途径:转变观念,明确学生权利的主体地位;明确学校管理权限和学生权利内容;贯彻合法程序原则,建立健全学生权利实现的途径,保障学生的合法权益不受侵犯。
Based on the students’ rights, this article analyzes the existing problems and phenomena in violation of law in the management of students in higher vocational colleges and puts forward some approaches to realize the legalization of higher vocational students’ management: to change the concept and clarify the dominant status of students’ rights ; Clear the school management authority and student rights content; implement the principle of legal procedures, establish and improve ways to achieve the rights of students to protect the legitimate rights and interests of students are not violated.
