摄影艺术是为了记录现实生活,能否拍摄出优秀的作品,要取决于摄影者的技术及使用的设备。要熟悉了解自己的使用设备和各种感光用品的性能并掌握一定的构图技巧,以及布光知识和技法。当镜头准备拍摄人物和具有典型意义的事件,雄伟的建设场景或壮丽的山河风光时,摄影者需要考虑的是如何构成一个理想的画面,创作出完美的具有艺术性的作品来。也许就在这个关键的一瞬间,摄影者才能深深地感到构图知识是多么的重要、多么的关键。在很大的程度上,构图反映着作者构思的完美实现,决定着作品的优劣。因此,研究摄影作品构图的实质,是帮助我们在多彩的生活中选择出感人的素材,并赋予它以鲜明的艺术生命,创作出具有深刻含义与完美形式的摄影作品。现代影视艺术表现技巧,已经不局限于在一个固定的景象之内完成画面造型艺术的呈现,大众对画面的审美意识已经从封闭式思维向开放式思维转变。开放式思维使构图形式不再局限局限,是改变旧式构图的有力支撑。
