建立乡镇财政以后,乡镇国库建设,进展不一,不少地方虽然进行了有益的探索,乡镇国库发展较快,且积累了不少经验,但有些地方由于客观条件限制,尚未建立乡镇国库。现根据我县建立乡镇国库的实践,就加快建立乡镇国库的步伐,谈点肤浅的认识,以期引起更多同志关心、支持和研究。
After the establishment of the township finance, the construction of the treasury of towns and villages has made uneven progress. Although many localities have made useful explorations and the treasury of towns and townships has developed rapidly and accumulated considerable experience, some places have not yet established the treasury of towns and towns because of the objective conditions. Now according to the practice of setting up the township treasury in our county, we should speed up the pace of establishing the treasury of townships and towns and talk about the superficial understanding so as to arouse more concern, support and research by our comrades.
