Although most low-grade lymphomas and chronic lymphocytic leukemia are initially chemosensitive, these drugs usually do not achieve complete remission and as a result the patient’s course continues to develop. This trial evaluated the use of fludarabine and cyclophosphamide (CTX ) Response rates and toxicity in untreated, low-grade and selective moderate lymphatic system malignancies with Filgrastim support.
