目的探讨细胞角蛋白(CK)20mRNA在胃癌组织中的表达情况及与病理组织学类型的关系。方法运用逆转录-聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)方法检测64例胃癌组织CK20mRNA的表达,结合计算机图像分析技术进行定量分析,并与病理组织学类型比较。结果64例胃癌组织有52例表达,表达率为81%。表达量在0%~91%之间,平均约63%。印戒细胞癌、低分化腺癌、管状腺癌表达率高,而6例黏液腺癌无1例表达。印戒细胞癌、低分化腺癌、管状腺癌平均表达量为(67±23)%、(58±19)%、(62±21)%,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论胃癌组织中CK20mRNA表达率高;黏液腺癌极少表达CK20mRNA;不同癌组织CK20mRNA的表达量不相同。
Objective To investigate the expression of cytokeratin (CK) 20 mRNA in gastric carcinoma and its relationship with histopathological types. Methods The expression of CK20mRNA in 64 cases of gastric cancer was detected by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR). The expression of CK20 mRNA was analyzed by computer image analysis and compared with the histopathological types. Results In 64 cases of gastric carcinoma, 52 cases were expressed, the expression rate was 81%. The expression levels ranged from 0% to 91% with an average of about 63%. Signet ring cell carcinoma, poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma, tubular adenocarcinoma expression rate, and 6 cases of mucinous adenocarcinoma without expression. The average expression of signet ring cell carcinoma, poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma and tubular adenocarcinoma was (67 ± 23)%, (58 ± 19)% and (62 ± 21)%, respectively. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05) . Conclusion The expression of CK20mRNA in gastric cancer tissues is high. CK20mRNA is rarely expressed in mucinous adenocarcinoma. The expression of CK20mRNA in different cancer tissues is different.
