目的观察长春瑞滨联合吡柔比星治疗晚期乳腺癌的疗效及不良反应。方法将不能手术的Ⅲ、Ⅳ期晚期乳腺癌患者67例采用长春瑞滨25 mg/m2,静脉滴注,第1、8天;吡柔比星40 mg/m2,静脉滴注,第1天,21天为一个周期,2个周期后评价疗效。结果67例患者均可评价疗效完全缓解(CR)5例,部分缓解(PR)33例,病情稳定(SD)17例,疾病进展(PD)12例,总有效率为56.7%,临床获益率为71.6%。主要不良反应是白细胞下降、静脉炎、胃肠道反应。结论长春瑞滨联合吡柔比星治疗晚期乳腺癌疗效确切,耐受良好。
Objective To observe the curative effect and adverse reactions of vinblastine combined with pirarubicin in the treatment of advanced breast cancer. Methods 67 cases of advanced stage Ⅲ and Ⅳ advanced breast cancer who were inoperable were treated with vinorelbine 25 mg / m2 by intravenous drip on days 1 and 8, pirarubicin 40 mg / m2, intravenous drip on day 1 , 21 days for a cycle, 2 cycles after the evaluation of efficacy. Results All 67 patients were evaluated in 5 patients with complete response (CR), 33 with partial response (PR), 17 with stable disease (SD) and 12 with progressive disease (PD). The total effective rate was 56.7% The rate was 71.6%. The main adverse reactions are leukopenia, phlebitis, gastrointestinal reactions. Conclusion Vinorelbine combined with pirarubicin in the treatment of advanced breast cancer is effective and well tolerated.
