以高表达P185蛋白的人乳腺癌细胞（SKBR-3）作为抗原,用固相-ELISA法检测抗P185单抗和免疫小鼠抗血清。比较了不同方法处理的固相细胞和待测血清经低表达P185的人乳腺癌细胞（MCF-7）吸收与未吸收对实验的影响。结果显示:待测样本用MCF-7预吸收后及用1％乙醛处理固相细胞组所得结果较理想。
Anti-P185 monoclonal antibody and immunized mouse antiserum were detected by solid phase-ELISA using human breast cancer cells (SKBR-3) highly expressing P185 protein as antigen. The effects of different methods of treatment on the experiment of human breast cancer cells (MCF-7) with and without P185 treatment were compared. The results showed that the pretreatment sample with MCF-7 pretreatment and treated with 1% acetaldehyde solid phase cell group results obtained better.
