一种用蜂窝块栽培平菇的新工艺,最近在山东省夏津县食用菌研究所研究试验成功。并受到有关部门的重视。该工艺与塑料袋立体栽培工艺相比,具有省工时、成功率高、易管理、产量高等优点。可节约成本30％,不受室内外条件限制。为多种秸杆立体栽培平菇创出了一条新路,特别适应于老菇场地栽培。
